The SSMI® Six Sigma Panorama Training Program provides participants with an introduction into the world of Six Sigma and to the underlying mechanics, focused use and application, and the goals of Six Sigma. You will also gain tremendous insight into the different generations of deployments and how improvement breakthroughs can be achieved by utilizing Six Sigma as a system of management and a means of process intervention.

In addition, you will learn how Six Sigma impacts different levels of an organization, the various levels of belt training, duration of projects, expected savings per role, as well as how to determine the vital few inputs for processes across an organization. These insights will lead you to a better understanding of how Six Sigma is deriving tremendous bottom-line benefits for many of the world’s top corporations.

WYMAGANIA CERTYFIKACYJNE

To obtain the SSMI® Six Sigma Panorama Certification, participants are required to complete the following requirement:

Completion of 4 Knowledge Assessments Exams. Each module assessment comprises of 21 to 43 questions which participants need to score more than 70%
